About Me

Art, for me, is a discipline and a way of life.

Over the past six years, I have built a dedicated practice rooted in study, experimentation, and consistency. I have trained under masters who shaped my technical foundation and strengthened my approach to art as serious work. However, I am largely self-taught.

I work across acrylic, oil, watercolor, and mixed media, exploring sacred imagery, meditative compositions, figurative studies, and animal portraits. My work brings together structure and intuition, balancing art with emotional depth.

With a background in psychology, I am deeply interested in the state of flow, that immersive space where time seems to dissolve during creation. While painting often brings that absorption, it also demands patience and resilience. The process is not always effortless. It asks for persistence, refinement, and growth.

Over the years, my work has found homes globally. What moves me most is knowing that a painting continues its life beyond my studio and becomes part of someone else’s space in a meaningful way.

Alongside my studio practice, I engage in live art experiences and conduct workshops that encourage people to reconnect with creative play. While my professional work is grounded in discipline, I continue to protect the sense of curiosity that keeps it alive.

Beyond painting, I explore journaling, scrapbooking, and tactile craft practices as personal ritual. Creation, in all its forms, remains central to how I understand the world.

I continue to evolve, study, and expand my practice, committed to developing both technical strength and emotional authenticity in my work.
